Please be aware that from Monday 6th April 2020, for patient and staff safety, we have made the decision to close the front doors at the Devereux Centre and only allow access via intercom.
This means that when you arrive you will need to press the button on the intercom to the right of the main doors to speak to a receptionist. The receptionists from both Church Street Medical and Mythe Medical will be working together to manage this.
We must also remind you not to attend either practice unless you have been asked to by a doctor or member of the nursing team.
Prescription requests can be posted through the post boxes located on the wall to the right of the pharmacy.
