Dr Fearn has an interest in diabetic care and is the lead GP for our diabetes clinic. He also enjoys dermatology and performs minor operations. Out of work he is a keen cyclist and golfer.
Dr Frances Dore-Green, female
MBChB (Hons) (Leicester 1989) MRCP MRCGP
Dr Dore-Green is a GP trainer with an interest in all areas of medicine, women’s health and sports related problems. Outside of the surgery she has a busy family life with two older children and enjoys keeping fit, cycling, nature and going to rock concerts.
With Dr Walker, she is an advocate of sustainability and the Greener Practice initiative.
Dr Kathryn Todd, female
MB BS MRCGP (London 1992)
Dr Todd enjoys all aspects of general practice and has an interest in menopause care respiratory medicine. She also fits contraceptive devices( coils and implants)
Dr Jeremy Welch, male
MBBS, MRCGP, DCH (Cambridge / Imperial 2000)
Dr Welch is the locality lead for the Clinical Commissioning Group. He is a GP trainer and has a special interest in Paediatrics, Gastroenterology and Minor Surgery. Outside of work he has three school age children and enjoys any sport he can find time to do.
Dr Mike Crisp, male
BSc, MBBS, MRCGP, DSFRH, PgDip Cardiol. (Southampton 1998)
Dr Crisp joined the partnership on 1st January 2019. He has a special interest in cardiology having undertaken masters level postgraduate studies. He carries out a GP Cardiologist clinic once a week for Oxford Universities Hospital Trust. Outside of work he is kept busy with a young family but finds time to enjoy running. He also speaks Spanish.
Dr Caroline Butler, female
MBBS, BSc (Hons), MRCP, PGCert, DCH (Imperial, London 2005)
Dr Butler joined Mythe Medical Practice as a partner on 1st February 2019 having previously trained as a GP Registrar with Mythe Medical. She has clinical interests in dermatology, paediatrics and haematology having previously trained as an Academic Haematology Registrar in Oxford. She is married and has three children but tries to find time to enjoy cooking, pilates and music.
Dr Charlotte Walker, female
MBBCh BSc MRCGP DFSRH PGDipClinDerm (Partner)
Dr Walker was a salaried GP at the practice before she joined the partnership in January 2022. Her areas of special interest are dermatology and sexual health. She has two children and enjoys latin dance and music. Dr Walker also speaks Spanish.
Dr Rachel Murray, female
MbCHb BA MRCGP (Manchester 2015)
Dr Murray is from Hartlepool but now lives here in Gloucestershire with her family.
Before she studied medicine she worked in sport (British Cycling) and promoted healthy lifestyles through the workplace. She also has a background in emergency medicine. She enjoys bikes and snowboarding and all competitive sports.
Dr Alice Oldroyd, female
MBChB MRCGP, DFSRH, DRCOG (Liverpool 2007)
Dr Oldroyd joined the practice in 2022 as a salaried GP and has a keen interest in women’s health. As well as working at Mythe Medical Practice she also works 2 days a week at a private menopause clinic. She also has an interest in palliative care, having previously worked a specialty doctor at St Mary’s Hospice. Outside of work she has a busy family life with 3 girls and enjoys regular walks up the Malvern hills.
Dr Tim Robinson, male
MBChB BMedSc DTM&H MRCGP (Birmingham 2014)
Dr Robinson returned to the practice in 2024 after previously working here as a GP Registrar. He enjoys cycling and running in the Cotswolds in his spare time.
