Care navigation / administration team
Care navigators provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query.
Our Care Navigators are the first point of contact for patients and play a vital role in helping you access the right care quickly and efficiently. They are trained to understand your needs, provide information about our services, arrange appointments, and signpost to other services where appropriate. In addition, they manage a range of administrative tasks, process medication requests and queries, and assist with routine enquiries to help ensure the practice runs smoothly.
